After learning to take his first steps and walk in San Francisco, growing up around the Bay Area and currently living in Hercules, California; Hector Rodriguez first learned about properties while watching and assisting his father, a contractor, work on a variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial properties. He learned to enjoy numbers and calculations from his mother who was a banker in Mexico.

After his mother’s multiple health issues and battles he initially dedicated his life into a career in Healthcare, focused on providing the best care to his patients and their families just as his mother received. Hector earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Medicine from Saint Mary’s College of California in Moraga, California. He went on to become an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) responding to calls around different neighborhoods in the East Bay leading to the start of a career in Emergency Medicine, beginning as an Emergency Technician in a busy urban Emergency Department at night, while he continued to further his education throughout the days, earning a Master of Science Degree and license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP) from Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California.

Outside of Real estate, Hector works professionally as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, meeting patients from different communities, backgrounds and walks of life. He values patient interactions, communications and being a care partner in improving health of members of the community or being there for their most stressful day being involved in a variety of high stress situations; He brings a calm presence and is there for others, always giving 100% effort. He brings this same energy to Real Estate and help community members make their homeownership dream a reality.

Full of life and different career experience, Hector brings strong skills to the team such as: listening, communicating, advocating, negotiating, flexibility, addressing concerns, work ethic and most importantly making connections with others always being approachable and willing to help. He enjoys being up to date with the latest information and technology so that his patients and clients can reap the rewards. Home buying can be a stressful experience, but he will do his best to make it as seamless and stress-free process as possible full of honesty, integrity, and clarity throughout the process, educating and empowering both sellers and buyers.

Hector is a first-generation American who comes from a traditional Mexican household. He is fluent in both English and Spanish. Allowing him to conduct business with a variety of sellers, buyers, and investors.

On his free time, Hector enjoys watching/attending sporting events, exploring new restaurants, cooking, wine tasting, traveling, being a local tourist, fitness, playing sports or diving into a good book.
