Meet Zherr-Anne

Zherr Anne Aquino-Ng was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, but spent much of her life living in Solano County. 

Zherr Anne would say that real estate runs in her family, because she’s had longtime exposure to the industry through her mother and her husband — both successful real estate professionals. Her love of beautiful homes started with an appreciation for unique design and architecture. It’s what inspired Zherr Anne and her husband to purchase a 110-year-old Craftsman full of charm and character as their first home. This experience helped her realize her dream of working in real estate, and in 2021, Zherr Anne jumped into the industry, ready to share her knowledge and experience with her clients.  

After achieving her bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Zherr Anne honed her first-class customer service abilities by working her way through the hospitality industry from front-line food service to upper management. Her successful years in hospitality strengthened her core values of showing gratitude and respecting people’s time — attributes she upholds in caring for her real estate clients.  

A wife and mother of three, Zherr Anne’s drive to work hard every day comes from her family. Outside of real estate, the self-described “millennial mom” enjoys food, travel, and sharing her Filipino culture with others. When she’s not busy taking care of her kids and her clients, Zherr Anne can be found creating cooking videos or planning her family’s next adventure at Disneyland — one of her favorite places to visit.
