Although I originally was paired with him when I was looking at a house in Vallejo, he was willing and able to help me search all over the Bay Area for the perfect home and found some real gems I never would have discovered if I’d just been looking myself. Right now is an absolutely bonkers real estate market, but when a condo I really loved dropped cost, he was able to negotiate with the sellers to get my offer accepted, and knew what to do to make it a favorable offer on my end. From helping match me with a mortgage broker, to communicating with the HOA, to following up with the escrow company, he really made the whole home-buying process smooth from start to finish. He was also VERY communicative, something I greatly appreciated as I’d reach out at odd hours with random questions, and he would always try to find an answer to them. Jonathan was professional, personable, and very honest about what was realistic to expect.
